I can’t say that The Longest Yard interests me, but for all I know several people here grew up with it. At least the poll shows that Dune Part 2 is running second.

The Longest Yard is a very classic and funny film with a cult following for a reason. People love watching Vince and Shoshana react to comedy films, and there are about 15 scenes I can think of where they will laugh out loud. Dune 2 will always be on top of lists and they will eventually watch it in the near future. Go Longest Yard!!

I think considering they have seen Dune Part 1 watching the second part is kind of essential at some point. Longest Yard Is fun watch. At the end of Dune Part 1 they were super ready for the story to continue.

It’s really hilarious you calling Dune overrated while defending LY. The plot of the story is predictable the acting is sub par and the joke are hit and miss. Is it fun and entertaining yea but at the end of the day most of Adam Sandler comedies are sub par. It seems like to me you only want movies to laugh at instead of engaging in a movie with depth and substance…but hey you got your low attention span movie on Tuesday…enjoy
