Going back to what Lamplighter said about Compound V, there was absolutely no guarantee that Victoria’s daughter would’ve been able to adjust to it. It’s cool that Hughie can teleport, but in all other media teleporters’ clothes tend to go with them.

I get people who don't like Butch having powers. But homelander on the war path . When they were hiding out They were safe . now that they are so public . Homelander can find them anytime he wants and kill them . So Butch having powers makes since . The show had to raise the stakes .

Soldier boy on the loose . Kimico can't heal . Victoria duaghter . The temp v dangerous for adults . It us for kids Her duaghter like 11 . It's playing Russian roulette with her duaghter life. Hughie teleported . If you watch X men a teleporter hard to catch . That could be a useful power . Hughie looked like a straight junkie .

With the seasons being only 8 episodes they really condense the story line down. Which I love. Gets to the point. Now only 4 of the craziest episodes of the boys entire series are left.

Starlight been great with these close out moments in the show . Homelander throwing every hurdle he can at her. Starlight Going through it . Hard to see it with such a nice Character. She really taking one for the team .

I don’t think so. There’s some sub story lines. But the main story line is always the boys vs Vought( homelander).

S1 still hasn’t been topped. S3 is definitely alot better than S2 but the S3 finale botched the landing for me. Just alot of tonal inconsistencies and weird character choices.

Also, love how they doubt everyone's loyalty and assume they're gonna doube cross no matter what show they watch. They have been clearly betrayed by some characters before and I can think of some names, mostly from AoT lol

The daughter ain't dead, she's just hurting. And as for Butcher and Hughie having powers, I completely disagree. The game has changed, so some lines DID need to be crossed. Their little guns, bombs, and other contraptions aren't gonna do the job of putting Homelanders head on a pike.

We all know how Butcher really feels about Supes. I can understand why he would go out of his way to inject himself with Temp V. He hates it, but it does help him even out the odds for a while. Hughie on the other hand has no logical reason to do the same. I get that he wants to feel special and contribute as much as the rest of the group, but he also has more to lose than Butcher. Not to mention that his clothes won’t warp with him.

Hughie is tired of being saves all the time. And I for one hope that, someday, he can use those powers to kill this mf A-train, because that might be the only way he can do it himself. Hell, now that I think about it, Hughie would likely be faster than A-train even with the latter at his prime. And yeah, Butcher hates it, but you can't tell me it wouldn't be satisfying af to see Butcher absolutely beat the brakes off of Homelander and brutally kill him in that good old "The Boys" style. I don't care if Butcher and Hughie crossed the line. The possibility of those two doing what I described is what I hope to see.

Everyone always thinks season 1 is the best for most shows. Season 2 is the best season. Then 3 and 1. In my opinion.

You make some good points, imo I don’t like the idea of Hughie feeling like the only thing he can do is use Temp V do be strong. I mean this whole time he’s been with The Boys and he hasn’t asked any of them for training? I mean cmon, Butcher is Former/Ex SAS, M.M I honestly don’t remember what he was but he 100% has military background, even Frenchie can teach him a thing or two about chemistry and maybe utilize that one day (unlikely though since it would have to rely on constant lab equipment). Just my opinion though, if I was in the shoes Hughie I would’ve been training from day 1 of joining The Boys.
