You’re right, Joeffrey executed all of Robert Baratheon’s b*st*rds. However, none of the common folk were cheering for this, they were actually quite horrified and it was bad for his reputation. Not that he cared and not that the common folk could do anything, he’s king and they’re not brave enough to revolt against the throne when they could be killed. Just like in real history with the Germans in WW2 when sh*t went down. The fighting pit with the kids was one area of kings landing, a few arses go there but not all the small folk.
