I've been to ruins of the Colosseum in Rome and they're are still quite impressive, this movie does a great job of capturing what it must have been like in ancient times.

Hey you two love the reaction. This is one of my favorites too. I thought i saw a recent poll with rise of the guardians on it. I thought it one. I know both of you would love that one. Hopefully you can get to that one soon. I'm excited to see what you think. Thanks so much and God bless you and your family.

This film is one of the greats, with an amazing soundtrack. Theres supposedly a sequel film being worked on, hopefully it can build upon this films legacy

Great movie and nice jersey!

Rob Robby

You guys saw blood diamond? has it been released already on this channel or its a future release?

Flick Freaks

Fun/ gross fact. Maggots are still used to this day in hospitals to clear dead flesh. You see them used most often in burn wards. They only eat dead stuff, so any healthy tissue they will leave alone.

Vince & Shoshana, Been a patreon for a few months and I've gotta say. You guys just continually put out some of the best reactions! The acting in this movie is phenomenal. Joaquin Phoenix plays Commodus in such a way that you hate him but at the same time feel sorry that he never felt loved by his father. Russell Crowe plays Maximus with such a reserved quiet ferocity that commands respect. Anyways just a bang up movie and reaction. Aloha!

Rick Turpentine

I love how the Ceasar told Maximus he is the one who should rule because he is the one who doesnt want to rule but is capable and commands respect. Something we could learn from still today.

Another awesome reaction. If you enjoyed Russell Crowe in this another amazing film of his is Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World. It's alot more under the radar than Gladiator. But, just as good.

Peregrine Pack

I've literally changed my legal name to Maximus, no joke. Just got my new ID in the mail as this video goes up! Glad yall enjoyed one of my favorite films!
