lets gooo!!!!

David

Totally onboard with that. Wouldn’t bother me in the least if you even watched the rest of shehulk off camera lol.

Ethan Fleming

I was excited but also sad for you guys to watch this movie. Such an important film

Aldo Gonzales

It’s hard to believe that it’s only been a bit over a year since we got this movie. I have a ton of fun facts about this one. I’ll message you guys about them later, but for now I’ll tell you about the newcomer Riri Williams. She may not have been allowed to take her suit, but that doesn’t mean we’ve seen the last of both of them. Her superhero codename is Ironheart. That’s also the name of her upcoming show set to drop on Disney Plus in the future. Her actress Dominique Thorne originally auditioned for the role of Shuri in Black Panther 2018. She even did a screen test with Chadwick. So when they wanted to incorporate Riri into the film, Dominique was their first and only choice. Furthermore, around the time they were wrapping up Wakanda Forever and before Dominque started working on her Ironheart series, she got a FaceTime call from Robert Downey Jr himself. He didn’t have a lot of advice to give her because she didn’t really need it, but he did tell her that Riri should be able to shine on her own terms and not be a direct copy of Iron Man.

A R

Loved this movie + Namor’s entire presentation!

YaYa

ANOTHER HIT LETS GO

Saul Hernandez

Yess, so excited! P.S if you guys aren’t feeling she-hulk I wouldn’t mind if you guys leave that for some time in the future, and instead put that energy towards more stranger things lol, at least you guys gave it a shot 😂

JESSEMLR1

Can't wait to watch this with you guys! Believe it or not Namor is older than Aquaman when it comes to comics. Also the first mutant in a MCU movie!

JESSEMLR1

Also please watch the Guardians of the Galaxy holiday special! 🙏🎄

LouiepTv

Sweet!! was hoping not to have to suffer through She Hulk to get to this lol.

Cardboard

Since you're going a little out of order, I would suggest watching the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special before Christmas. I think it's perfect timing for the holidays and you can definitely watch it next :)

Patrick L

When are u guys dropping the next Stranger Things reaction?

Aldo Gonzales

Don’t worry. I told them ahead of time when they reacted to Love and Thunder. Hopefully they take that hint into account.

Panthersrule 95

Loved the reaction! I don’t know if you guys were planning on it, but you should definitely watch the GOTG holiday special before Vol 3

Jonny

Well the scientist Riri Willaims is the superhero Ironheart in the comics. So she will be back in other movies most likely

STRICT_SILVER

IronHeart 2018 comic. I think there are about 22 comics of that version of her 🙂 however she was first introduced in Invincible Ironman 2016 Namor has been in soo many comics dating all the way back to 1939 The Spark of a Legend

Alex Ramirez

Not bad for yall waiting for the shows , yall are almost on GOTG Vol 3. Can’t wait for that one but also watch the GOTG Holiday Special, it talks about the events after endgame what they did and has some references from the other guardians of the galaxy movies

David

They drop them on the weekend. Usually Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Jeremy Cabrialez II

M'baku challenging Shuri was on purpose. Shuri didn't show up on purpose so M'baku is now the king of Wakanda.

SavageDiplomat

That Marvel fatigue is finally settling in with the shows it seems. Its definitely understandable i havent started Ms Marvel yet myself so you guys are ahead of me so far.

Kevin Matthew

I thought this movie was great and very emotional. Very hard under all the circumstances but I think they did a good job and honored Chadwick well.

Kyra Brown

Ooohh get the tears ready this one is a gut wrencher 😢😭❤️

Simon

Ayeee love waking up to this. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the movie, but it’s very heartwarming and I know yall are gonna love it 🔥

Justin Cross

And the introduction of Namor!

Noah

Love this movie, the experience in the theatre was amazing 🥹

Maurice Jamian Cupido

Another banger of an reaction. Always love to watch yall watch stuff

Shaun Beyond

I say this as Heterosexually as possible but Vince’s smile just brightens my day. I can’t explain it 🤷🏾‍♂️ lol

TokyoLopez

her show was canceled, but they’ll might squeeze in a cameo during the avengers or maybe they’ll probably just cut her out, seeing as how disney will try and cover for their losses by trying to write better simple stories before the avengers movie come out

TokyoLopez

i really wish Namor would’ve worn the headpiece more, it looked sick when he was floating down into the jaws

Jonny

Oh her show was canceled? Didnt know. Well she is one of those characters that I wouldnt miss too much tbh. But I reckon if they make a Young Avengers movie...she will popup

Kevin Matthew

Check out guardians of the galaxy 3 next. Another great movie and super emotional

Aldo Gonzales

They will, but first they have to watch their Holiday Special.

Chris

if you guys didn't know I think Namor is like one of the first Avengers in the comics

Mitchell Smilie

I think you have to give Ryan Coogler a ton of credit for making the best out of a terrible situation. He had a script written before Chadwick passed so he has to mourn the loss of his friend, and then rewrite the movie. That's hard. A lot of filmmakers would have abandoned the project. Under the circumstances, I thought he helped produce making a compelling film that was noticeably missing the star actor, but manages to work anyway by leaning into the grief cast by Boseman's absence and leaning on the talented actors to carry it across. My only criticism is the Riri character, who is yet another lazily written "genius kid" character who is supposed to be the next Iron Man, but you can't replace that character so why not do something original, um please? I hate taking established personas (Thor, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Black Widow) and updating them simply to keep the persona alive to try and sell tickets. But it doesn't work because, as much as I respect the talents of Natalie Portman, Dominique Thorne, Hailee Steinfeld and, especially, Florence Pugh, they didn't originate those characters on the screen nor did audiences spend enough time with them to become invested in those actors as those characters. Asking an audience that spent a decade with Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man to now just accept somebody else stepping into the persona is a hard sell. It's not fair to the actors to ask them to do that, no matter how talented they are. I don't think Coogler had a choice with the Riri character because she was being set up for a future project that now may not even happen in the wake of Marvel taking a pause. I'm of the opinion that the "Young Avengers" project that has been slowly set up is a terrible idea and should be scrapped. Marvel/Disney have lost billions of dollars the last few years so they desperately need to rethink their entire business model. Between the aftermath of Covid, ubiquitous streaming services and content and a terrible economy (for working class folks; if you're rich, it's a great economy), the future of cinema is at a crossroads that I don't think it has seen since the end of the silent film era and the advent of television. It survived both of those changes in technology and presentation, and it will be fascinating to see if it can survive into the next decade.

Simon

What the hell! This is my third time watching this and I never noticed kamaru in this movie 😂🤣 good spot Vince that made me happy as hell he’s in this. Such an amazing reaction tho guys!

Michelle Jackson

Hey, I'm not able to watch Black panther or infinity war. They will not play, please fix this.!

Ash Lee Can

Iron heart is a character in the comics. This is only her introduction. She's getting her D+ series.

Ash Lee Can

Each Black Panther introduction has been a story about vengeance. T'Challa was out vengeance until he realized the mistake he was making by letting it consume him. Killomonger let vengeance consume him completely, not able to let it go, and it cost him his life. Now, Shuri has two previous paths laid before her to take and she initially let's her vengeance consume her purposely knowing what would happen if she did, but in the end realized, like her brother to not let it consume. The reason Shuri won was because of her intelligence. This was a test of brains vs brains. Talokan had the numbers and force, but Wakanda had the tech and that's how she beat him. Being the princess of the royal family, I'm sure she's trained, but she always did her own thing. She probably never thought she'd take the throne being the second born. Being so young, she probably never thought she'd lose her brother, especially not so young, so she was more or less free to do her own thing aka tech. T'Challa in the comics was a genius as well (in the first movie Shuri says he made his previous suit before Shuri made him an upgraded one and in this one she says her brother taught her what she knows, eventhough she surpassed him).

Brendan R Colquitt

One thing in 2022 release you didn't mention but need to watch is gotg holiday special. It's short like werewolf (Maybe a double feature?) But it'd great and leads into guardians 3

Steven W

Love how yall have the same opinions on the current direction Marvel has been going with current times as the rest of us

Steven W

Quality over quantity

Navon

It wasn’t cancelled. It’s delayed

Hector Avila

Riri Williams becomes Ironheart, the succesor to Ironman. She was introduced here but she will be a huge part of the future of the MCU.

Hector Avila

Not the first avenger, the first mutant in the comics.

Sheen

NDN culture on the silver screen especially in this way is so doooope 2 gangster things from the film.. Namor saying "I've more soldiers than this land has blades of grass"..like that's in insane statement/threat to think about Also the use of the death whistle during Namors theme song 🪶

K'Banj

First time I saw this movie, I thought the same thing, that Namor and Shuri would be a great couple, cute and powerful, and would unite both of the vibranium nations. I still think that Namor should move Talokan to Wakanda, they could add a level of defense beneath the waters. I love Namor and I side with him completely. He went to Wakanda to ask for their help in rectifying their choice to inadvertently put Talokan at risk by revealing the existence of vibranium, which led to other nations searching for it outside of Wakanda, leading them to nearly discovering Namor and his people. He was only trying to keep them safe. Than Queen Ramonda throughout this movie acted emotionally which ultimately led to a war between Wakanda and Talokan when they should have been allies, and Shuri was close to securing the Talokans as allies.

Bradley Lewis

The point of M’Baku challenging is that she isn’t there. He wins by default, Shuri surrendered the throne to him because she never wanted to rule, and he has grown from unworthy in the first film to it being his destiny.

Jayson Phillips

you will never catch me in or on any ocean or big lake, so many things down there that we have not discovered yet screw that!
