Nice pick Michael. So many great actors in their prime in this film. And I love seeing Tom Hanks and Gary Sinise together.

Mission control leader is actor Ed Harris. You saw him as the renegade general in The Rock (action movie with Nicolas Cage) you also saw him in Top Gun Maverick as mavericks superior at the beginning of the film. He isn't Liam Neeson lol. Who was in Batman and Schindlers list. Rare loss for Shoshanna. Enjoy your lunch Vince.

About the measles thing - Ken was exposed to another colleague who did in fact catch the measles. Ken’s blood tests showed he did not have immunity to the disease. So it was a risk to send him up there since there was a chance he could start showing symptoms midway through the mission. RIP to Ken Mattingly who just passed away this October.

I love Ed Harris, I can see how you thought he was Liam Neeson though. Also, Vince you've mentioned playing call of duty? Ed Harris was in the first Black Ops game. He was the interrogator. They even made a character model of him in the game, his voice acting was GREAT. He's great in this too.

Is that you batman no its not either sorry luv that a 2 for. As in a seen previous comment that is indeed Ed Harris which is in such wonderful movies like the abyss and radio. And it was Michael Keaton who was batman in the movie you were talking about. Thank goodness I wasn't drinking when she said that I would of lost it hopefully everyone stayed dry out there.

Jim Lovell and Fred Haise are still alive, both in their 90s. The real Jim Lovell has a cameo at the end of the film. He’s on the aircraft carrier and shakes Tom Hanks hand.

Sorry, but when you are wrong you are wrong. That was Ed Harris. No where close to Liam Neeson when you look at them next to each other.
