Alex

Next is X-men origins: Wolverine or you can just jump straight into X-men first class.

Simon

I love how yall freaked out over Stan Lee I miss that 😂 it’s been a minute since we seen the og

imperial

Finally back into X-men!! This one is not my favorite, but you guys are about to experience some of the BEST comic book movies of all time with First Class and Days of Future Past! Please please please watch the “Rogue Cut” of Days of Future Past when the time comes.

Dayvon148

Wolverine 2024 bussin🔥

Zac Cochrane

Finally. Still got a lot of x-men/wolverine and the fantastic 4 to finish before the new Marvel movie releases and Deadpool & Wolverine

Silas Kane

Hey, V&S. With you two coming back to finish Xmen (especially at this point in the franchise) some advice comes to mind that has benefited other reactors. Starting pretty much right now going forward...as you continue to Wolverine Origins, First Class, The Wolverine, Days of Future Past, Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix, and Logan. Don't stress yourselves out or fall into the trap of counting the years (or even decades) trying to figure out exactly how much time is passing between events, or how old people we know are supposed to be. Locking down this universe's timeline and holding it to logic or even 3rd grade math is a path to madness.....just roll with it. 😂

LittleGalaxyBoy

Cyclops was done so dirty in this series. He's the team leader in the comic's and here they kill him off in the third film. This was 100% studio displeasure with his actor, James Marsden. When disgraced director Bryan Singer jumped ship to helm Superman Returns, Marsden came along to portray Clark Kent's romantic rival, Richard White. Since both productions were shooting at the same time, 20th Century Fox decided to kill him off with only ten minutes of screen time to punish him for leaving the film. We are getting X-Men 97 a sequel to the 1990s X-Men Animated Series with Scott now acting as the leader of the team, pretty much what we should've gotten with these films. It's dropping March so you could easily react to the series if your interested.

Yeah, what Silas said. This was before the MCU rolled in. At least Marvel Studios made the effort to minimize continuity errors as best as they could.

Aldo Gonzales
>>130915637

Fantastic 4 is not required – not the first version anyway. The upcoming iteration from Marvel Studios though? We’re expecting that one to be great.

Simon

Vine that “what if he was mad at his skin tone “ had me dead😂 but beast got his powers when he was a teenager so he wasn’t always blue lol

Zac Cochrane
>>130915637

True, it's not mandatory, I just think it gives better context and understanding to the characters and their villains as a whole. Yeah, the new one should be great, but time will tell.

Chanceee1k
>>130915637

They still should watch the fantastic 4 up until the silver surfer , it still can be a fun film to watch and a plus is they get to see Chris Evan’s as human torch

Zac Cochrane
>>130915637

Yeah i think they'd enjoy both of them. Can't wait to see Eddie Munson as the new human torch

Morgo

Yessiirrr. Too keen for the X-men journey to continue.

Jayeeze

X-men origin wolverine is really good

Zac Cochrane

One of my all-time top 5 battles I'd like to see is The Dark Phoenix vs The Scarlet Witch 🤯

Simon

Such an amazing damn reaction guys! I think next is x men origins wolverine , I really hope you guys continue the journey !

Chase Taylor

Just wait till y'all get to 'Logan'. Best X-Men movie ever made imo.

Mark W
>>130936873

somehow got to get Days Of Future Past in their somehow...

Mark W

22:35 Vince! 🤣

Tjbosslyfe

If it wasn't for these movies . And Blade we wouldn't have the MCU we have today . These movies saved marvel .

Theo Sebuliba
>>130956423

Blade especially because it was their first big hit movie that they ever had and it was after marvel went through a rough stint in the 90s because they were bankrupt and had to sell Spider-Man to Sony just to keep them afloat

JSM -Tac

We need days of future past

Aldo Gonzales
>>130961146

The extended version of course. All in good time. At the very least we have First Class to look forward to. In the meantime, The Octobers have already gotten to the extended version of Days of Future Past.

Mark W

By the way, Juggernaut isn't a mutant....HIS POWERS ARE MAGICAL!!! Xmen TAS call back 😎

Lane
>>130928219

i wouldnt say "really good" or even close to that to say the least but its got some cool action and u cant go wrong with hugh

Lane

these are definitely apart of comic book movie history! paved the way for so much more.

Chris T

I haven’t seen this in years. I never really cared for it but I’m glad to have watched it with you guys. I’ll gladly go through the rest of this X Men journey with you guys just so I can see y’all get to Logan. It is an excellent movie.

SavageDiplomat

Superb reaction guys. I've always thought these movies were excellent especially from a story telling aspect. X-men Origins Wolverine next.

TokyoLopez

i completely forgot about the unconscious man, dang y’all are absolutely right, he planned ahead or something

Aldo Gonzales
>>130936873

They will. Let’s hope the go for the Rogue Cut, but let’s not bring up Logan 2017 just yet.

Steven Warner

Only saw this movie like twice many many years ago, watching with you guys it felt like watching it for the first time, cant wait for you guys to progress tho because all the rest of the x men movies are elite (except for dark phoenix) my fav is days of future past tho

Aldo Gonzales
>>130916373

They gotta watch the original cartoon first, but they can take their time with it. A seventh season is on the way.

Aldo Gonzales

You guys are right about Warren looking like an angel. That’s his actual mutant codename. Addie Counts would agree that his wings are beautiful. When Ashleigh Burton reacted to this, she said she wouldn’t even think of getting rid of such a badass power. I see both sides of the picture. Much like Logan, I also understand and respect that Rogue wants to have a normal life as a human. This topic resonates very strongly to real-life body rights. Her body her choice. Personally though, if I were a mutant and I could control my power I wouldn’t want to get rid of it. Rather I see myself and the X-Men helping each other out. They can teach me how to better control my ability, and I would gladly be part of the team if I can help make the world better.

Hood44

The metal man is the same guy from the Deadpool movies. Not same actor but character.

Hood44

There are many levels of mutants the strongest is omega I believe. And I’m think magneto and jean grey are omega. I’m sure others in here are too.

Hood44

Isn’t the juggernaut and professor x brothers.

Martin

I feel like you'd both enjoy watching (off stream) the Jury Duty. It's a court case but everyone is secretly an actor except one guy. It's hilarious! Only one Jury member admits that they're an actor, it's James Marsden who plays cyclops

LittleGalaxyBoy
>>131003347

Cain Marko, is Charles Xavier's half brother. I think this was also depicted in X-Men: Evolution as well. It's not brought up in this film though but this be real, Juggernaut in this film was pretty trash, love Vinnie Jones but the film did not do the character justice at all. I'm pretty sure Vinnie Jones was even gutted with what the film did to this character but I guess he did the best he could with the suit and script.

Martin

Vince you have the best facial expressions on planet Earth!! While gene was ripping Charles to shreds your reaction was cracking me up! You guys are an adorable couple and I'll be watching your reaction videos 60 years from today when you are a married couple, guaranteed!

Karleigh Hurt

this is the first x men movie i ever saw and i instantly fell inlove

Julz Perez

They talked about the possibly of transmitting one persons consciousness to another and since Professor X has such a strong power he was able to do that

mikekillam

I’m so hyped to see you guys watch the X-Men First Class movies. Specifically for Days of Future Past, which is still after the whole MCU one of my favorite super hero movies. And no spoilers, but based on the characters yall seem to like I think you’ll really enjoy seeing the prequels.

Narutoanime16

Its wild how powerful Jean is like damn

Justin Cross

Hey guys, quick explanation of the Phoenix.. Soo technically the way the "Phoenix" was displayed here in this film is not what the Phoenix actually is originally. Only in this film is it portrayed as an "aspect" of Jeans mind, whereas the origin of it is what's known as the "Phoenix Force" within the comics... It is the entity that is the living embodiment of "Creation and Destruction, and new creation through destruction"... It is a multiverse entity that chooses a "host" to embody a physical body for itself, multiverse meaning throughout ALL of the infinite Marvel Universes there is only 1 of it that exist simultaneously throughout all Universes. It is within the top 10 most powerful "beings" out of all Marvel characters/entities... And it cannot be killed so long as "life" exists, because "life" is "creation", and so long as creation and destruction and hence creation through first destruction also exists, and therefore the Phoenix Force will always exist. And your assement of it being "Stronger" than Scarlet Witch was indeed correct.

Justin Cross
>>131116505

Its technically not Jean, its what's known as the "Phoenix Force" in the comics. Jean is just the host. The way "Phoenix" was portrayed here is not how Phoenix actually is as a character technically. But it is indeed that powerful and then some... In fact it destroys entire worlds.

Anthony Garcia
>>130956423

Only the first 2 blade movies...after that, it started going down hill until these movies brought marvel back up

Amber Curtis

When you watch 'Days of Futures Past' PLEASE watch the Rogue Cut. It's better imo

Nash Vogeler

Can’t wait for you guys to watch the rest of the X-men

KingStarscream 86

I don't care what anyone says, that one line from Rogue to Billy was both bs and uncalled for.

KingStarscream 86

If I remember correctly, I'm pretty sure that Warren, the dude with the wings, has his mutant name be "Gabriel", named after the Archangel of the same name. Edit: Nevermind, I'm wrong lol. It seems his mutant name is really just Angel.
