tsoma map & universal concepts (wip) (Patreon)

brief early concept work on the tsoma universe & a more recent map of the ring of cities.

some brief explanations since these were mostly for my own reference:

The School of Mystic Arts (tsoma) is made up of 8 "quartz" cities connected over time by a spectral highway. Each city is run by a different "school" of mystic arts, all answering ultimately to the Capital & the Lich King Olm. In between each city there are also "pit-stop" towns. Outside the cities lay the Asteroid "Colonies" where many of the farms & industrial towns are located. These outer towns are often subject to "void" leaks which create fae-like pockets & are home to wild beasts/monsters. (There is a universal reason for this but like the magic system I'm still working on nailing that down exactly.)

the planet itself Gaia (WT) is covered by a thick storm of "miasma".

Fun fact: There's about 500-ish years of history between when the cities were formed & when the last part of main story takes place. Yes, I have it all annotated & I am aware of how insane that sounds. ^^;

Also, there is a reason the green city is blank... don't worry about it. >>;
