The Pod People in the show are basically "I can dish it out but I can't take it" if that personality trait was a person.

Carol trying to force the other 5 into her way of thinking that the world has ended, and getting mad when they don't see it that way is very hypocritical. She wants everyone to be an individual again but doesn't want to allow the 5 in front of her to feel or think the way they want too.
