As my portrait commission was coming to an end i was curious what you all wanted to see drawn next time (and from what particular artist if you have any preferences)Feel free to drop your suggestions here and then I can pick a few good choices and turn them into a poll for the next commission or their order. Thank you.

I suggest the concert scene from Anaise's perspective with a woman rubbing her thigh in line of sight

Yoshiii311

A Kamshad fully transformed and maybe Shahin sounds interesting

yeeteris dedmeem

Maybe just a group pic of the sadaq, I don't remember ever seeing an image of Erf, so it would be nice to see them all together

WisherBeware

Erf missing is intentional. Especially stemming from his identity troubles of the first book and overall malleable character.

Are you thinking of individual characters still or full scenes? We’re missing a certain snake or perhaps a scene of the Finger practicing their shield maneuvers?

WisherBeware

here you can post anything. portraits\characters\costumes\scenes etc

WisherBeware

If you are curious about shield formation. There was a similar type of troops historically (something that I've found accidentally after I already established the basics of Emanai arms ;V) Look up Sparabara (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/4c/Persian_army_formation.png) and (https://ancientwarfare101.weebly.com/uploads/1/9/3/4/19342985/483288_orig.jpg) apart from slightly different ratios between different troops (and having mages in their midst) this composition is quite similar to what I expect them to be.

A sneak preview of the kids?

Kausar twins personally

Kef

Shahin

Kef

A battle between an Arm and a Creature.

Kef

Domina’s parlor with the lounges and sand floor etc

ShadeByTheSea

I'd like a picture of the city and pillars, maybe viewed from a ship or one of the pillars.

deadeyemax

Any side characters would be nice. I struggle with imagining the appearances of characters in general when reading books.

Diego

Some landscapes maybe? How Samat looks from afar, the floating castle, the forest... Perhaps something like Europa Univesalis IV does its intro, with a bust portrait in the foreground off center and a related landscape on the background

Loggar

All the art is made by you, sinus?

WisherBeware

I wish lol. no all of them are different artists that i paid commissions to draw.

Hmm, could roll with this, and include several in one. An aerial view of a city, with the Kausar twins or Albin to one side. Though that's a bit more like the Civilization series. The aerial view could be near-level, wide angle, to capture not only the city, but it's scale to the surrounding landscape. Or one from above and behind the Border outpost with the mountains and the Forest beyond... and the Censor as the side-bust. Shahin, and a town of Yusuf, with the wind turbines nearby. So many possibilities with this, provided it doesn't limit your writing. Tana as seen by Chirp!

Hey Snus, I'm currently reading through Wisher Beware again, and noticing quite a lot of present tense errors. I don't really want to keep you from writing new chapters, but do you have any plans of going back and doing some editing at some point? Even just ctrl-f'ing for instances of "I've" that should be "I'd" (which is every single one that isn't in dialogue) would go a long way. Edit: My estimate is that this error occurs around 300 times in the first book. Total number of present tense errors are probably closer to a thousand, but that is more of a guess.

WisherBeware

I do have all those plans and even more - 1st book needs serious edits in terms of chapter content to make it more consistent with 2nd book and even the end of the 1st. But as you can see i am quite behind on my usual work and for some reason it completely stops my creative process when i switch to editing mode so i can't just quickly switch back and forth. If i don't get free time until this book is over, I will take an extended break until 3rd book and use that time to polish everything already written

WisherBeware

such pictures would take forever and cost a ton. i would rather concentrate on individual pieces atm
