Hi Producers!

I know some of you are waiting for Thousand Faces 3 to release as soon as possible, so I wanted to give you a little update on what’s been happening behind the scenes.

Those of you who follow AI video news probably know that Seedance 2.5 was released at the end of the summer — almost exactly when I started working seriously on TF3.

Thousand Faces 2 was built almost entirely with Seedance 2, so naturally I decided to jump straight into the new model.

And… at first, it was a disappointment.

The workflows and prompts that worked almost perfectly with Seedance 2 simply didn’t work the same way with 2.5. Results were inconsistent, transformations behaved differently, and a lot of the techniques I had developed suddenly became useless.

But who am I to stop there?

So I decided to rebuild my workflow from scratch.

A lot of trial and error followed. I tested different prompting structures, rebuilt scenes again and again, burned through dozens of credits, and slowly started figuring out how to actually control the new model.

And then it clicked.

The results started becoming not just good, but AMAZING.

So naturally, I kept pushing it further. And somewhere during all those experiments, two completely separate mini-stories were born:

1. The BarI think you can probably guess the general idea just from looking at the pictures. :)

2. The BondThis one goes in a slightly darker direction — more body horror, with shapeshifting at the center of the story.

Right now I’m polishing both of them and getting everything ready for release.

The Bar — this week. The Bond — a little later.

And yes — work on Thousand Faces 3 continues as well. A lot of what I learned while making these two experiments is now going directly back into TF3.

So stay tuned. There’s a lot coming.

I am totally blown away. I have tried delving into making videos. I am overwhelmed by how much work and money this whole process takes. I have to say, I can deeply appreciate how much work went into this. So impressed by what you can accomplish.

With your support! It really makes all the experimenting, failed generations, and burned credits possible. Thank you so much!
