UPDATE: I accidentally uploaded a wrong version of A on this post. My apologies. Fixed the error now.

Hey friends,

Our concept artist PONGOJ sketched a few ideas with a big-ass base for all of you who wanted to include a part of the ship. So let's hear what you think about it and which one you would prefer, if any at all.

Abyssal Painting

I love dynamic bases and Voted for A. But there are so many times where a simple base is preferred. Is it possible to ship all models with a simple base option? I am not a sculpture and don't want to minimize the amount of work even a simple base requires, but I've always loved the idea of a simple base option with the dynamic. Personally, it helps with motivation to print, knowing I can focus on the character, and have something to display it on while I get to work on a bigger base if I want it.

Jose Diaz

All I can say is I hate dealing with super thin things like ropes, they tend to break one way or another or warp due to gravity/weight.

Fellball

Oh come one, not A. At least in C he looks like he's on a ship.

Torrey Sauter

They all look pretty awesome to me

Tatum

B!

Kevin

I personally like the silhouette of option C, though I think a simplified base would be better. I think the side of the hull is rather large and takes the focus away from the character.

Ian Kear

I like all the options, but could we still get a smaller base either way? Seems it would turn a huge project into something manageable

Jasmine

I prefer the original A uploaded rather than this new A personally!

Cheap Miniatures

I'm big fan of small bases. Is there an option to prepare a simple round base for the figures, even without any decorations, but with holes for leg keys? Only in more dynamic poses there would be need to probably have to add some stone or something so that the base would work if the feet are not at the same level.

Optional small base would be great.
