MyMiniFactory backup: We extract the full list of subscribers at the end of each month and then add them to the respective MMF group to share models with them. It's a manual process, sadly, so we can't do it every time someone new subscribes. All models from this post will appear in your MMF library on the 2nd day of the following month. If your MMF account uses the same email as Patreon, it will be mapped to your MMF library automatically once the models are sent out. Otherwise, you'll have to click through redeemal links in emails from MMF.
