"CyberPink" has been taken down from Apple Music due to a trademark claim. I don't know if I'm supposed to channel my inner white woman and send an email or just let it be.I guess I could write it in L33T speak and re-upload as "Cy83rP1nk" 🤔

I say channel it, and send it! Why would they copyright strike it? Cause the name is similar?

I think I'll have to make it more different than that. Cy83rP1nk feels like a good option right now. I feel like I need to start naming all of my albums and songs like I'm registering a horse.

There looks to be a band/graphic novel/game that has the name Cyberpink. And because it is a trademark dispute not a copyright dispute that could be the issue.

Because you are both in the music realm, there could be a trademark issue. If you were in different spaces you wouldn't have an issue. I have had to deal with patents and trademarks before.

US Patent and Trademark Office has a search so I looked up Cyberpink. someone has one for music related stuff ;-;
