It is... coming along. :')

I need a break from this song bc I'm really starting to hear everything wrong with it :'(

Also, how do you like the mastering on this one compared to the previous? I feel like I made it worse and I want to cry.

It's funny, right, because like 2 hours ago, I was raving about how this song was gonna change my life and now i can't decide if I want to start over from scratch omfg please tell me to stop before I ruin it 😭

Well, you're not entirely correct; turns out my editor also has super-ears like me. But overall, you're right. I know that y'all don't want perfection from me; y'all never have. that was my one of my favorite parts. it's actually a tune I've been humming to myself for decades, but only now have recorded. Also, um, I won't confirm or deny if you're hearing my mostly unprocessed [real] voice here. 😉🖤💜 But like would it be cool if everyone's favorite song was the one where it's just me singing? I would have to do it secretly, first just to see.

That would be cool even if secret. It’s neat it’s been in your head for so long - it has a such a classic feel to it that’s perfect for that dimension of the song I think. And can confirm it’s been in my head all day.
