Gripes

My ending sucks. I know it sucks. My endings always suck. It's just a first draft and there are things I need to fix. Like the sound of my breathing.

But the rest of it is good, right? q_q

Anyway, this song is a call to action. None of us can sit fight out. All of us have a degree of time, money, or health that we can sacrifice for victory, and it is not an exaggeration to say that this is a fight for our lives.

"Well, that's all well and good, Charli, but other than casting Bardic Inspiration, what have you done for the fight?"

That is an excellent question, chat. Recently, I decided to back someone who is going to Minneapolis because there are reasons I cannot go, myself.

Anyway, yeah. Mutual aid is important, and if we want it, we must provide it. This is one of the ways I am fighting for our country, in addition to rallying the masses with Bardic Inspiration.

Right, so as I said, before I was Charli, I was Charlotte, and I did volunteer work fundraising for NGOs in Ukraine when the war started. Thus, connecting with small teams on the ground in dangerous places is something I am very comfortable with; I don't just sing about soldiering and being a grunt because it's cute; I am a fighter. I get knee deep in the shit because that's where I belong.
