Barro

Maximum excitement.

Littlepip

Tien's growth throughout the series is really an incredible arc, all the way to Super!! Also, I guess technically Goku has hit a girl before, he knocked Launch out in one kick straight to her face while staying with Roshi as a kid!

Jesse

been enjoying the twitch streams in addition to these. Also goku did punch a girl before - he punched Launch in the face the morning of their early training with Roshi

Colton Chandler

I read that Tao and Shen both died after they got caught up in something.

raz1337

A lot of this tournament was talked about during Z, but it's been a bit since you guys watched it.

Denickart

Frieza really took a lot of inspiration from Tao. They both raised Goku's rivals to be ruthless, sent someone flying into the air to kill them in front of Goku, their signature attacks are finger beams, Goku shows them mercy and they try to attack him when his back is turned resulting in them getting blown to bits, and then their family brings them back as a cyborg where they get easily defeated by the 2nd strongest Z fighter

CYBRLFT

Gettin that announcer voice bro ha!

Solebat

Is Tien stronger than King Piccolo?

The Hype

Yeah I would say so. You'll see later on what he says to Goku that proves that he is stronger than Piccolo Daimao was 3 years ago.

The Hype

Guys remember that Shen is the guy with the glasses, and white t shirt's actual name. It's a very crucial part of what his identity is. Please keep in mind that the English dub screwed up the names.

Morokei

Blonde launch is great

The Hype

The scar on Tenshinhan's body is a reminder of Tao Pai Pai, and the Crane Hermit. It sticks with him throughout Z, as it's visible whenever he takes his shirt off. This is a really deep episode for Tenshinhan, and there is a lot going on in his mind that is really bothering him, since he has to face the people who taught him about what he loves the most: fighting. He can't hate them for that, but they're not good people, and are psychotic, so he just can't side with them.

Ogre328

The way everything was drawn during the super dodon ray just does so much to elevate that scene.

Chaise

It’s awesome in Super that we get to see Tien running his own Dojo. Becoming a much better master for his students than what was given to him by the Crane.

HauntedDoll_Annabelle

damn it. u two shoulda watch the Japan version for this particular episode. Tien vs Tao cyborg. because There are epic sentences or epic phrases spoken by Tao after his failed attack. Which u dont see on the American Version. Please have Madison rewatch this part with Japanese Eng subtitles on. Dragon Ball 136

Chichis father is the Ox King....which makes Chichi a princess...she is to be treated like a princess... then.... Goku grabbed her by the P and then tells her he doesn't remember her. Goku is a cold blooded playa.

Douglas Murray

In the manga, this is supposed to be Goku's first time seeing Chichi again after the very first saga. That explains why Goku couldn't recognize her. As audiences, we also aren't supposed to recognize or remember Chichi because she only appears once in that first saga, but the anime showed her again during King Piccolo arc, so it's easy for us to remember her. In the anime, Goku and Chichi met each other again a few times, and these are considered filler moments.

Douglas Andrade

Tien was already far stronger than Mercenary Tao when the first fought Goku in the last tournament... And now, my gosh, they're not even in the same league. I can't believe Baris actually picked Tao to win this match lol.
