WEbpage wip (Patreon)

A little advance on the webpage code rework, menu is working now properly resizing and adapted so it can work on cellphones too, also added the suport for a second sublevel in the menus.

Next step is makign the single page and archive page and shoudl be ready to go.

task to work then, implement special navigation for the webcomic, implement special archive for the webcomic, implement easy digital downloads for the store, implement log-in integrated with patreon.

I know is not art but is something I hope can help to make things better in the future for all of us :D

as for art, sorry there was nothing BC related this week, had a lot of family stuff going around and no time to work on any of it >.< tryign to catch up now
