Reminder/disclaimer for old/new subscribers (Patreon)

I have a full time job as well as love to play video games.  Art is second to both of these so my Patreon is purely a subscription tip jar at the moment.  I will not be consistently active, which is why i have a cheap 1$ pledge tier option.
