At very, very long last, a new story update for Freshmen: Physical Education is now available to play!

Update 7 September: Files have been replaced with version v0.2.4.02 to address various issues. To update the game, delete the original folder and redownload the new one. Details on the fixes are at the bottom of this post.

Important Notes - Read Before Playing

You need to start a new game. Due to code changes, existing saves will be broken. To speed through to where you left off, open the Options menu and toggle on Unseen Text and After Choices under the Skip heading. Then start the game and click on Skip at the bottom of the screen.

You may encounter bugs. I had to do a lot of last minute surgical cuts during testing, and I had to do all of that while testing solo, which means there are likely errors I overlooked. I'm going to continuing testing to fix all I can. If you encounter any bugs yourself, feel free to let me know!

Content Overview

This update picks up where the main story left off after Will's second class. The scenes that follow have a lot of variations based on your choices, including which kit you chose (if you chose one at all).

As the day ends, you'll jump forward to a hangout with Matt, who is the featured character for this update. There are many different conversation branches to explore, but I have a guide below to help you navigate his primary path.

This update has 144 new CGs to unlock as you play through the new content. If you need help unlocking any, drop a comment and I'll be happy to assist!

One important caveat—I had to trim down and temporarily remove some content for non-featured characters to fix some sequence breaks. You may see some oddness if you're following a storyline not entirely focused on Matt, but I'll be expanding on these scenes either in the coming weeks or when we reach an update featuring that character.

Quick Guides

Due to time constraints, the Official Relationship Guide won't be updated for a little bit, but below are smaller guides to help you find new content for the game's main characters.

Matt and Leo

There are a lot of paths through this update, including conversations you'll only see if you don't hang out with Matt much if at all. If you don't mind spoilers or have already played through the new content once, the following steps will walk you through unlocking all of Matt's CGs:

At the start of the game, visit Matt's apartment and agree to have him come to orientation

Play through to the end of Will's class, then proposition Will

When given the choice of who to talk to, text Matt and go to his place; proposition him when the choice is offered and don't play it off as a joke

Agree to stay for the evening; make sure to avoid getting drunk, which is easily done by turning down every drink offered

After Matt passes out, hook up with Leo in the living room

The next morning, tell Matt about hooking up with Leo and tell him you want to hook up with Leo again

Talk about your sexual tension when the choice pops up, including kissing and showing off your asses

When pondering how you feel about Matt, pick a sexual and/or romantic choice

When pondering how you feel about Will, pick that you absolutely want to hook up with him

Play until Matt texts to invite you over; commit to hanging out

At the end of Will's class, you should experience his tease scene - MAKE A SAVE before choosing a position to easily unlock most of Connor's new CGs

The position you choose during Will's scene determines the toy kit you receive (bottom, top, or oral); you will race towards your room after Will dismisses you

New Content Starts Here!

Once in your room, you'll automatically play with your new toys; reload the prior save to unlock all three CG sets

If you see the option to text Matt during this section, attempt to send Matt a pic

Play through the rest of the day; at the end, you'll jump ahead to Matt's hangout

At the gym, agree to go to the locker room, then scope out the showers

Play through the rest of the afternoon, choosing sexual options when offered; if you haven't already told Matt about propositioning Will, do so when the choice is given

When asked to choose what movie to watch, MAKE A SAVE, then pick the Daddy option or one of the other options

Listen to Matt's story, then reload the save and pick the opposite choice to hear a different one

Then play through until the end of the update!

Other Characters

Following the primary steps for each guy in the Official Relationship Guide should lead to a lot of their new stuff, but some guys do require certain choices to unlock their content. Below, I've summarized what's required.

To make sure you don't miss out on anything for a specific guy, try not to play the field too much. There is actually unique dialogue for some guys if they are the sole person you decide to romance and hook up with.

Alex

Alex doesn't have much content in this update, unfortunately, but you can have a brief convo with Antonio at the start of the update as well as talk about Alex during Matt's hangout later on. To see both scenes, hang out with Alex after Will's class on Day Two, go to the club with him, and hook up. The next morning, choose that you want to hook up with him again and/or romance him, then play through the new content.

Alex will have a big scene at the start of Riley's featured update to follow up on his story in a more significant way.

Asher

Asher has some new CGs that appear at the start of the update. To unlock those, hang out with Asher on Day Two (only the evening at the club is required), then let him walk you home at the end of the night. When deciding how you feel about him the next morning, choose a romantic and/or sexual option, then play until you return to your room after Will's class.

When you see the option to text Asher, you must send him a cropped version of your pic. Sending the uncropped version will turn him off and you won't unlock his new CGs. To do this, first decide not to send a pic, and then you'll get the cropped option.

Dominic

Dominic doesn't have any new CGs, but there are some text convos you can have to further your relationship. On Day Two, hang out with him in the afternoon and all evening, ensuring that you proposition him without playing it off and kiss him during spin the bottle. If you made the right choices, you should get a hug at the end of the evening.

In the morning, decide that you want to hook up with and/or romance Dominic. When you get his video, choose to feel any way but annoyed, then text him. Play through the new update, and you should ultimately swap texts.

Evan

Evan doesn't really have any content in this update. His story update is coming up next, and once it does, there will be some convos added to the existing content to fill out his storyline.

Griffin

Griffin only has one CG to unlock, but since his and Matt's stories can become intertwined, there is a lot of dialogue dedicated to him during Matt's hangout.

On Day Two, go to the club, hang out with Griffin all night, go to his apartment, and hook up. The next morning, choose that you want to romance and/or hook up with him. Later, you have the option to tell Matt that Griffin proposed a threesome.

Play through the game until you reach the new content. You should swap texts with Griffin during which he'll recommend you hang out with Matt. When you do, you'll automatically segue into convos about Griffin since Matt already knows you two hooked up.There is an interesting scene variant during Matt's hangout if you opt to not watch the video of Matt that Griffin tries to show you at the club.

Isaiah

Hang out with Isaiah after Will's class on Day Two, proposition him, shower with him before going to the club, dance with him, defend him from David, and comfort him back at the dorm. These choices should lead to the two of you making out.

The next morning, decide you want to hook up with and/or romance Isaiah, then inform him of this fact before entering the showers. Play through to the new content to swap texts and unlock a CG.

Julian

Go the party at the end of Day Two, interact with Julian at least once, then go upstairs with him and Owen at the end of the night. Follow Owen into the bathroom to learn about Julian's proposition but do not agree to hook up. In the morning, decide you do want to hook up with him sometime in the future. Just before Connor goes to bed later that day, you should unlock a new CG for Julian.

Like Evan, there is more that will be added at this point when we reach the updates dedicated to Julian and Owen.

Marco

Hook up with Marco at the end of Day Two, then in the morning, decide you want to romance him and/or keep hooking up. Play through until Will's class and MAKE A SAVE before picking one of the three kits. Marco will show up during Connor's experimentation and can join in. Once you've unlocked the CGs for one toy kit, reload the save to pick another.

The next day, you'll talk about Marco during Matt's hangout. If you decide you want to keep hooking up with Marco but don't want to romance him, there is some extra dialogue.

Owen

Like Evan, Owen doesn't really have any content in this update. He will appear more in this portion when his dedicated story update comes out.

Riley

Hang out with Riley during the afternoon of Day Two, proposition him twice, then shower before going to the party. Hang out with Riley the entire night and defend him from Victoria. You'll know you're successful if you make out with Riley at the end of the night.

The next morning, decide you want to hook up with and/or romance Riley, then inform him of this fact before entering the showers. Whether you tell him you want to go fast or slow, you should swap texts later in the day.

There is also some unique dialogue regarding Riley when you hang out with Matt, including a discussion that only happens if you decide you want to hook up with Riley but not romance him.

Skinema (Mafia and NC17)

Go to the club on Day Two, hang out with Asher after the Skinema show, then hook up with Mafia and NC17 when they proposition you. The next morning, decide you don't feel ashamed and that you want to hook up with both of them again. Play through until the evening, and you should unlock three new CGs featuring them just before Connor goes to bed.

Tomas

Tomas doesn't really appear in this update, but if you take Matt to orientation, flirt with Tomas at the end of his first class, flirt with him again when you walk in on him the next day, and proposition him when class is over, you should see an option to ask if he'd ever want to hook up with Matt. You can tell Matt about this when you hang out.

Will

At the end of Will's first class, proposition him, then go hang out with Matt. During that hangout, inform Matt you asked Will to give you private lessons. The next morning, decide that you absolutely want to get with Will, then proceed until you get his big tease scene.

Before deciding if you want his dick or his ass, MAKE A SAVE, then play through the rest of the afternoon. After your second text convo with Will, reload the save and pick the other option, then play through again. This will unlock two of his CGs.

During Matt's hangout, you can tell him what happened with Will. When deciding what type of movie to watch later, choose the professor/student video. This should lead to a story from Matt that unlocks the rest of Will's new CGs.

Other Matt Conversations

There are a lot of convos at Matt's place, including unique scenes based on how much you hung out with him prior to the new hangout.

To see a lot of these, go to Matt's apartment at the very start of the game but do not invite him to orientation. Do not promise to hang out with him the next day, either.

The next day, hang out with anyone but Matt during the afternoon, then go to the party. Hang out with Marco for at least the first portion of the night so you can talk to Hugh. During that scene, Hugh will inform you that Matt likes to get around.

At the start of Matt's hangout, you should discuss how it feels to be talking about guys with each other after years of being in the closet. During this, Connor should tell Matt what Hugh said, which can reveal some details about Matt's hookup history.

There's a similar convo if you got the "Matt gets around" info from Griffin instead of Hugh, but it'll pop up if you follow the steps for Griffin above. Following these steps without getting the reveal of Matt's sex life from either Hugh or Griffin will offer up some different dialogue as well.
