Right, I reckon I've got the intro and outro sorted now. I've finalized the script and put in some temporary voice-work for the moment. Some of the specific text elements (dates, share prices, etc) still need to be put in to sell the illusion. But I'll finish that properly once I know which journalists are voicing which scene

So then, is anybody interested in pretending to be a journalist?

I do narration for audible and other stuff, mostly from Reddit. Worth knowing that r/recordthis gets a lot of traffic as well if noone else is suitable!

I really like this kind of way to include your patrons, even though it was not the way you wanted it to go in the beginning. With that said, I think my accent is going to be a little bit too European, sadly. I hope you find the perfect “journalists”, and I’m looking forward to the video as always. Have a great weekend!

Keen to give it a go! You said in the video that you wanted to have teleprompt style readings, would you consider having some other style? Thinking something like Alex Jones, very intense and out of breath etc.

Hi Womble, so I actually do work as a journalist, although I've only done one off TV things. I can speak perfect English (where I'm from, Malta, is billingual), but I have a Mediterranean accent...think a bit more crisp in a sense, a bit less flowing and a bit heavier pronounciation. Its nowhere near as extreme as the accent of an Italian or Spaniard, but its still quite different from a typical BBC English accent. I'll give it a shot though, hope it sounds good enough for what you want!
