GI Cover Art Preview & PMF Updates! (Patreon)

Hey all! It's update time for TWO projects, covering my two biggest series!

FIRST: Tess Irondale has recorded about a third of the upcoming Good Intentions audio story collection, which I've finally decided to title COZY SHADOWS. These are the very same stories that were first published here on the Patreon and then filled my mixed-series story collections. As a reminder, COZY SHADOWS will be sold exclusively through Patreon for its initial release, so don't go anywhere!

Along with that title and the audio work (some of which Tess recorded live on her Discord), I have initial, pre-title work cover art to share, produced by the one and only Julie Freakin Dillon!* (PLEASE do not share or repost anywhere! I'm not ready for that yet.)

(*okay, Julie doesn't actually go by "Freakin." That's my term because she's awesome.)

This art is almost brand new in my hands, and still needs to go off to Lee Moyer for title work. If you haven't heard, though, Lee suffered a nasty injury to his art hand, so that step might be a bit slow. (This also means if you're shopping for awesome art prints, now's a great time to check out his website.)

COZY SHADOWS doesn't have a release date yet. It'll be ready for release sometime after the audiobook for Good Intentions 5: Devil in the Details... which is finished recording, but now we wait on Audible to wrap it up. When I know GI 5's release date, you'll know.

As for POOR MAN'S FIGHT: Alas, as I warned, November is always a slog in the writing trenches for me. It's just a month where the calendar gets crammed with interruptions and chores. That said, as of today I've pretty much hit the halfway point of my rough draft, at least in plot if not in word count! Most readers probably aren't expecting the direction this book will take, but I think everyone will see it as a natural turn of Tanner's circumstances. No spoilers, but when he said he was done with the military, he meant it. :)

That's all the news for now! I hope to have some more mid-month, non-series bonus story fun here again in the near future, but general priorities and the November rough patch means PMF and Cozy Shadows have had all my attention for a bit. I hope the art makes up for it. :)
