College Changes 7 (Patreon)

So, Family showed up and I'm cooking so I hopefully will have the next chapter of Reorg by tomorrow. But I realized I hadn't quite finished College Changes, so here you go. Professor Millar is a draconian taskmaster in her class, but people don't like her. Fortunately, the new college management has a solution to that...

When we're finished, this will be put up on the file repository as a zip, so that you don't have to keep searching through all the old posts for the images.
