Hello, friend!

I want to thank you for all of your support helping me get the material from the Adventure Generators and Uncovered Secrets together for the incredible Kickstarter for the Lazy DM's Companion!

As a gift for your support, I want to give you a fun old-school Halloween adventure: Tomb of the Red Headsman.

This is the first adventure set in Deepdelver's Enclave since the release of Ruins of the Grendleroot!

Thank you once again for your wonderful support and I hope you enjoy the adventure!

Do you need to be a certain tier to access this adventure now? I keep getting an XML error page when I follow the links.

Michael Shea

Sorry! The link was going to an old version no longer there. It's now updated.

Cool, when I saw the maps I realized they were perfect for a different adventure I wanted to run, I need to muse over the descriptions to see if any of those can be adapted. It goes to show that you can take anything you need from a published adventure and use it for your own adventure.

Appreciate the add to Ruins of the Grendleroot!

New adventure? Woohoo! "Set in Deepdelver's Enclave"? DOUBLE Woohoo!

Antipodal Ivo

New adventure for Grendleroot? WOO!

Joshua Turner

Fantastic! I love the Grendleroot book. Thank you for adding this adventure to my DM tool kit.

Was a lot of fun to run! Room 8 way too hard! 4th level = 16, CR of 4 total for monsters, 2 hell hounds = CR 6. Super deadly

Michael Shea

Did the party wipe? Maybe I'll switch it to one hellhound.

David Wymore

No but that was four 4th level, 4-5 3rd level, the target audience may have even more trouble

Michael Shea

Fixed! I reduced it to one hell hound period.

I’m about to run this and wanted the maps for Roll20. Does anyone know where these are? Thanks!

Michael Shea

Hi Chris! Great point! I put together a bundle that includes the map for VTTs. Now linked above. I'll update this on the rewards page too

Chris P

Thanks so much! I threw together a map for the first level of the tomb and ran a quick intro session today. It went great! I'll definitely take advantage of the other maps for the rest of the game.
