The only time I was in Miami, the driving was..."interesting". Idk what highway I was on, but it was near little Havana on my way to the airport and the offramp was so poorly engineered, because there's a stoplight near the bottom, and it created such an insane bottleneck that there was literally 1/4 mile of cars just pulled up on the shoulder to get off the damn freeway! Rest of the traffic was flowing fine, but I had never been there before I can only imagine how many people get rear ended if you're not anticipating it.

The drivers here are terrible. No one knows the rules and they all think they are fast and furious.. and like you say the traffic lights and routes on these expressways are horribly designed.. i live here and Im confused
