Hi Kati, I have a question, is 5 years too long to be in counselling/therapy? I have seen many counsellors/therapists since my late adolescent years, and they all weren't helpful until I met my current therapist. Is it okay to continue therapy if I feel I am progressing and finding it helpful? I only go to sessions once to twice a month. Would like your feedback on the livestream, thank you!! #katifaq
