I really enjoyed that Patreon thing just now, Kati! My very first one and it was very helpful, even though I got there too late to get my question in front of you on time. My cat Kevin got squished on the highway by a logging truck this morning and when I put him in a lawn mower grass catcher and carried him up the hill he seemed so heavy I thought it might not be him and then I realized I was totally unemotional. I am totally burned out! Do you have any advice for a good old old-fashioned nervous breakdown, AKA physical and emotional burnout? I've been living with crazy discrimination from bullies that are family members who, for over fifteen years, have presented one face to the public and another to me and my wife (this is her family). We are a serodiscordant couple of 16 years. I have been living with HIV for 20 years - since my previous marriage when I contracted it from my ex wife. My health is crazy good thanks to my wife's boundless love and delicious, healthy cooking. But We have been opposed and discriminated against by people who said they wanted to help, including a doctor. I don't get even. I do freak out though. I'm kind of short circuiting I think.
