Hey everyone! Thank you for your patience as I attended VidCon and got away for a few days for Sean and I's anniversary <3 We will be hanging out this Wednesday (7/24) at 1pm PST. These usually last for 2 or so hours so feel free to pop in whenever you can!

Congratulations on your anniversary! Many blessings to you both! I'll have to miss the stream due to work, but I hope to catch one one day! Thanks for doing that video the other day with Shane and Ryland on sleep. My girlfriend connected a lot with that video and we came away from it with a lot of mindful questions about our sleeping habits. :)
