04:12 21: After a stay in a mental ward I left my abusive husband, took my child from childcare, & now we are in domestic violence housing. I am managing so much better now but I fear that when it settles down and i calm down that all my negative thoughts will come back. 08:51 22: Is it bad to constantly make significant changes in your life quite frequently. In the last year, I have changed course drastically every few months. I’m concerned that it's a coping mechanism but I don't know how to tell if it is unhealthy, or just me figuring things out and liking change. 14:45 23: I'm currently recovering from anorexia. Whenever I'm not in hospital my sister stops being supportive & can oftern be quite insentisitive making unhelpful comments & expects too much of me. I dont think she is doing it intentionally. How can I have a healthy relationship with her? 19:06 24: I've been working on my anxiety & depression & I’ve found that I slip back into episodes because I lack faith in the process of getting better. How do I get over this? 22:52 25: What advice do you have for someone who has been newly diagnosed and is struggling to process everything? 26:24 26: How do i stop my brain from freezing in session because my mind telling me I can't trust my therapist? She is so patient, I do really trust her & I think she is an amazing therapist. How do I become more open & capable of talking about the terrifying things and remind myself i do trust her? 29:50 27: I’ve been in therapy for a 18 months she (love my therapist) but she is really pushing for me to make a decision whether or not to resign from a toxic job. I have a fear if I leave my job we can end up losing everything we worked so hard for. 35:21 28: What will you do to reward yourself as you say goodbye to 2019? 37:34. 29: What will you do to prepare yourself for the new year of 2020 in terms of mindfulness, self care and love?
