1) 8:35 I became friends with benefits with my used-to-be emotionally abusive ex. If this is what we truly want, is this ok? 2) 11:20 Could you give a couple tips on building confidence and not buckling every time you're questioned? 3) 15:45 GP & psychologist made me an appointment w/ a psychiatrist. The referral letter says I have multi diagnosis that I didn’t know I had. 4) 22:15 I was diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder by my therapist & I agreed with the diagnoses. I went to my GP to receive a referral to see a psychiatrist who ended up dismissing the therapist’s diagnosis saying he was “just a councilor”. My psychiatrist wants more tests psychological tests. 5) 29:35 I'm reading "the emotionally absent mother". I love my mom & I’m afraid if she finds the book she’ll be hurt 6) 36:45 I’ve been seeing my therapist for about a year and a half. For the most part, she is great. Problem is when I ask her a question, she flips it around & asks me what I think. It’s really frustrating. 7) 40:15 Is it possible to get burnt out from weekly appointments & want a break from them? or am I just making an excuse not to get help. 8) 42:55 Do clients often try to provoke the therapist? How would you handle it? 9) 48:45 My BetterHelp therapist always wants to talk about my sister & bashes her. recently got a subscription with TalkSpace & I found a great, competent therapist. I have a strong bond w/ 1st therapist. Should I stop seeing her & lose all that I have developed with her or change to the other one who’s more effective? 10) 54:05 I had a stomach infection & lost a lot of weight which triggered my ED voice. 11) 57:50 I just took a genetic test to evaluate my resistance to antidepressants.  On results, it referenced down diagnosis which hadn’t been discussed w/ me.

12) 1:02:55 Do you have favorite clients? What about clients you just don't like for some reason? 13)1:11: 10 I’ve struggled privately with my sexuality for since i was Iittle. come from a super religious family, married a man cause it’s “what i was supposed to do”. Could my attraction towards women come from being sexually abused by a man or was I born this way? if it comes from being abused, once i work on my abuse in therapy & heal from this trauma, will attraction go away? 14) 1:18:57 I come from an enmeshed family. My mom has a developmental disability & my sister & I spent our lives taking care of her. When I was diagnosed w/ an illness my sister stepped in to take care of me. I’m in recovery, how do I start to trust myself & abilities & start being responsible for myself? I want to be more independent but scared that I’ll fail & end up depending on my sister. 15) 1:24:15 how do i know if im having a psychotic break i dont remember or if it is really bad dissociation that i dont remember? 16) 1:29:05 is it normal to go from binging to switch to starving yourself? 17) 1:32:00 What do you do when you have no one who’s gone through what I’ve gone through & I have a lot of shame about. 18) 1:36:05 I sometimes look back on the things I never did, and create an image of the person I could have been had I not given into anxiety and depression. 19) 1:42:25 Could progress on depression take longer because I started in my 40’s after having it for 30yrs. 20) 1:46:25 Over the last 12 yrs I’ve been using food as self-reward & self-punishment. I ate only when I "deserved it", I wasn't eating when feeling worthless & unproductive which made me feel better. I moved to a new flat but started restricting cause I don’t feel worthy. Is there something ED-ish going on here? Or just a disordered eating based on my old self-punishment habits? 21)1:51:10 Recently my best friend confessed she has some feelings for me that cross the boundaries of friendship. Do you have any advice on how I can be supportive & sensitive to both of our feelings without confusing either one of us more? Our friendship is more important than any other feelings either one of us may have. We just want things to be chill between us but also healthy and genuine.
