Kati, thank you as always for the livestream. As mentioned in the comments - it is like a group therapy session for all of us, with lots of different topics. And actually a second question was exactly close to what I experienced lately, losing a friend and the wish for closure.

B Q

I missed it. Is there schedule for live streams somewhere?

TK

Sorry it took so long to get the time stamps up!

24. (02:25) I feel like I'm always fighting the creative and logical parts of my brain. Is this normal, if so how can I get the two parts to get them working together? 25. (08:55)I had a significant depressive episode a couple years ago where I pushed away all my friends as a a form of self harm & to isolate myself. Do you have any advice for getting back in touch with people after you’ve pushed them away or been distant for a long time? 26. (13:55) I was wondering how you'd advise someone to meal plan without a dietitian?

Hi I just wanted to say I’ve just watched your video “Self Harm Why We Do It? Holy Cr@@, I’m in my 40s and am a self harmer, and your very first comments about making attachments in the first year of life HIT me like a ton of bricks. I was born to a 17 yr old girl, who gave me up for adoption, I spent 6 months in foster homes before finally being adopted. Your comments on no one to talk to: exactly how I feel. People will leave me: 100% me (I’ve been married for 20 years and still expect that she’ll leave me.) Hard time making friends: I’ve only had a handful (and most of them have left me). Everything you state in this video makes such perfect sense when I think about my self harm., THANK YOU! Finally, someone who really understands!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
