Update - Discord Server is up! (Patreon)

I just wanted to let you all know that my discord server is up and running and invites has been given by the Patreon bot! I still have a few things to tweak with it so please bear with me. And please when you join my server, change your name to that of your Patreon name!

Let's hope this works out well!
