I finally picked up Cyberpunk 2077 and I am officially Choomed and Cyberpilled, I'm all in baby. Naturally so is El'dwynn, rocking my fit from the game~

In this iteration our boy is a Solo, a merc with an anti-corpo streak who turns his swordplay into a performance just as he always has. A friend is going to be running a Cyberpunk Red game soon, and I think I might drop in. I've already got plans to draw some of my other cast in the cyber world, so maybe I'll pull one of them around. Adin would make a great corpo overlord I think, and Shelby might fit right in among the ranks of Trauma Team responders...

On a somewhat personal note, in my headcanon for this version of the character El'dwynn has chosen not to modify his body outside of a handful of combat-oriented augmentations. Despite being AFAB and presenting as a man, and the prevalence of gender-affirming modifications available, he maintains a female body. He's comfortable and confident in his skin. He doesn't see a need to change himself to conform to anything other than his own identity--unless it means giving him the tools to make lots of money as a merc. This is definitely just a narrative choice and not something related to any feelings of sexual confidence or gender identity that I definitely don't have. I'm definitely just writing my characters as detached individuals and vicariously not exploring concepts I'm not ready to explore on my own. Definitely.
