Venus Derby - v0.08 Testing Release (Patreon)

The first testing version of v0.08 is ready to be played! Including brand new mechanics and more!

Trainer's Tablet

v0.08 introduces the "Trainer's Tablet", a handy tool for managing training and planning races, while it is quite empty for now (since, it replaces the "Details Menu" for now), it'll host many more mechanics and features down the line!

"This tablet has been provided by VSU to supplement your training capabilities, with real time tracking of your trainee's stats along with potential rivals. Something tells you Go Your Way may have made a couple tweaks before it was sent over to you. It's probably fine, right?"

Status Effects

Speaking of the tablet, Status Effects are here as well! For now, I added a simple "Dice Booster" item in the shop that increases your roll range by +4 for 5 turns, but I'll be sure to add even more in later updates. You can see your status effects in the "MyTrainee" app in your Trainer's Tablet.

Various Other Changes

Fixed a display issue with the character "Hoshizora Aoi"

Fixed a missing face issue with the character "Ria Corredora"

Fixed some speech issues with the character "Suzue Aika"

Fixed some bugs arising from skipping races.
