DESTINY CLASS STARSHIP - DESTINY OMEGA
Modified Kayanti Class Warehouse Freighter
OVERVIEW
The Destiny Omega is a highly customized starship type vessel owned by Vixanti Corporation and originally intended for final phase testing of the fully integrated biogel based Vixanti Interstellar Lifestyle system. With the exception of certain backup engineering and life support systems, all of the ship's systems utilize energized biogel provided by the ship's innovative biogel reactor for power, functional effect and control. This includes everything from hyperlight travel to personal hygiene, all integrated in a single unified system that connects sapient crew, systems and machinery through the medium of the biogel that all crew and passengers are required to wear at nearly all times.
After the Omega Incident, the Destiny Omega became the defacto mobile home office for Vixanti's new Imperially appointed leader, Shetari Anwae, while non-defense related biogel lifestyle development and commercial exploitation was shifted to Gelitech, a Vixanti subsidiary. The Destiny Omega is often found in the Marian Drift Prefecture, or on its way back and forth from the Feyli homeworld Feylin.

Second Class shared rooms are located forward, with First Class private rooms aft. Right aft are two VIP quarters, with the lounge/dining room/kitchenette in between.
Deck 2: Officer's Quarters outboard. Junior Officers forward, Senior Officers aft. CO's suite right aft, port side. CMO's suite right aft, starboard side.
Deck 3: Senior & Specialist Crew Quarters outboard from bow to cargo lift. Science labs outboard aft of cargo lift. Centerline Bunk Room for junior sailors and deck hands.

Deck 5: Engineering spaces outboard from bow to stern. Biogel Life Essence Power System upper/access level from Biogel Main Computer to Inner Hangar. These are similar to the portable unit in the Forward Main Hold, but with four carousels of 6 life essence energy collection tubes rather than two. Two of these units are provided on each side of the ship, for a total of 96 energy collection tubes. The ship only requires one unit to be at least 50% active to operate, but full power systems operations requires 2 units 80% active. The remaining two units are provided for redundancy in the event of failure, or to allow for maintenance without impeding operations. Docking Ports outboard between Life Essence Power Rooms.
Deck 6: Engineering spaces outboard at the bow and stern. Upper Secondary Holds for shipboard supplies outboard forward. Biogel Life Essence Power System lower level outboard midships. Maintenance Shops and Reserve Engineering Consumables Stowage outboard aft.
Deck 7: Engineering spaces outboard from bow to stern. Secondary Cargo Holds forward and aft between engineering spaces and main holds. Ship's Offices & Records outboard amidships between engineering spaces and the deck corridors.
Deck 8: Engineering spaces outboard from bow to stern. Secondary Cargo Holds forward and aft between engineering spaces and main holds. Embarkation Ladders outboard amidships.
