sav

FINALLY joined the patreon and can i just say you all spoke Lover vault tracks into EXISTENCEEEE QUEENS 👸🏼

Katie LaFave

rewatching this & it's hilarious watching you guys talk about potential lover vault tracks!!! then around a year later 2 lover songs leaked on tiktok & we have one of them!!!! this just goes to show that we are NEVER safe when it comes to ms swift lol hopefully we'll get need soon!!

molly phipps

HI! dying that your first video has stay stay stay on in the background... and that was your surprise song AH! I love a full circle moment. so happy for you guys and im so excited to hear how it went!!!!!!!!!!!

Annika 📍Melb, AU

All the Girls You Loved Before has entered the chat. 😂

Jessica Lambert

Watching this for the first time now and LOLing about the reaction to combining the folklore and evermore sets in the tour and how you are talking about making folklore and evermore 1 album in your ranking 😂😂

Elise Powers

Ahhh can’t wait to watch!!! You guys are the best xx

Jenna FitzGerald

SO happy you guys decided to do a Patreon. I feel like you’re my swiftie besties. Also, happy one year since Taylor announced Fearless (Taylor’s Version)! 💛

Mikaela

Can’t wait!! Thank you guys for rekindling my swiftie heart ❤️❤️❤️

Alyssa Malecha

I cannot wait for your Speak Now breakdown video 💜

ashley

SAME! Speak Now has always been in my top 5 albums of Taylor’s and ugh I’m so excited for the re-recording and everything 💜✨

Jenna Aguirre

“I’m un-stanning for 1 hour” 😂😂 you both are hilarious

Jennifer

I will literally pass away with the getaway car rerecord. Like how can you top that??

Luke Price

this video was literally the best thing ever and it was just y’all having a conversation with no editing 😂 but i highly agree with what y’all are saying about how the re-recordings hype me up to listen to older songs. i would have no interest in speak now if it wasn’t for the soon re-release!! mean is also “that” radio song but it slaps so hard; one of her best singles by far.

Hrishikesh Upadhyaya

Oh please how tf u say thattttt.. You should warn us before saying such deeply offensive things😭😭😭

Renee aka ynotshsdow

As soon as she started re-recording the albums I took old albums out of rotation and unliked them from spotify so it only plays songs she owns. I am dying for her versions of everything and anything.

madison martin

i love just hearing these chats so much

madison martin

please do more little random convos!!

Wanda Smith

My favorite Taylor album is the next one, followed closely by the one I'm currently listening to...also this was the perfect 1st video for your patreon

Ava Jeffs

This video brought me so much joy because picking a top 3 for Taylor swift albums is so overwhelming. Each album shows me a different version of myself (Taylor’s a mirrorball you could say 😉). Speak now is a self-written masterpiece (and it has Enchanted, which makes my heart soar like I’m in a movie), 1989 can get me dancing on my worst day (plus wildest dreams just puts me in a euphoric state of mind), Fearless put her on the map and brings out my county era as a North Carolinian, Red has the best song she’s ever written and Fall is my favorite season, Lover is iconic (daylight during a sunset walk = heaven) and SO under-appreciated (as a cancer it brings out the hopeless romantic in me with Cornelia Street), Reputation is for when we need a girl boss moment and the tour was unmatched, Debut has eternal nostalgia because I remember singing cold as you in the car with my sister during her first heartbreak, and folklore/evermore are just on an entirely different level in terms of lyrical complexity (also I could die happy listening to the illicit affairs and ivy bridges on repeat).

k80scorner

Literally could listen to you guys chatting all day long lol I don’t have a Swiftie bestie in real life, so I live vicariously through your guys’ friendship 😩😂

Shanna Jain

I love these random videos...keep posting them please

Clash Fan

Awesome! If there is one advantage to being a new Swiftie its not having attachments to the OG. I had never listened to any albums prior to Lover. Outside of the singles it was all new to me. I've seen both the 1989 and Reputation tour videos though and watched your breakdowns so I'm more familiar but Speak Now and Debut are unknown entities. I've got albums though that I know every tiny detail of so I can really understand the struggle.

Nicole Hunt

Lover getting the love she deserves!!! And Lover and Evermore are my faves too!

Mackenzie

the cultural reset that will happen when she re-releases picture to burn and should've said no..... we are not ready for debut either

musicbaby

Love these little conversations!!! You two are the cutest!

Eddie

Love this!

Camila Casal

I started listening to Taylor in the end of Rep era. Lover was the first album that I got the chance to experience as a swifty (even bought lover fest tickets), so I understand Bonny! I've never heard Debut and Speak Now (only the singles) and I've decided to only do it after the rerecordings (I know it's offensive, but I did it with Fearless and it made sense to me...kkk). I also have an attachment to Rep because it was the first album I listened to, back to back. It's hard to pick favorites. 😱

Joe Weaver

I understand what you are saying because I put Red away for a few months so it would be fresh for me when Red TV came out.

Lovisa

I so agree with teaming up Evermore and Folklore into one album haha otherwise it's too difficult to pick top threes (and it's hard enough already ty) I definitely have my favourite songs on Lover, Rep and Evermore but my favourite album is prob Red

MarkH

I feel like when I don't listen to an album of hers for a while, I can forget how good it is. Then I listen to it again and I realize "OMG! This is a amazing!". I think Lover is an easy one to underestimate because the production is so frothy and we are trained to see that as meaning it is not serious, and even a bit embarrassing (ME, You Need to Calm Down). But those songs are great, even if not the all-time greats like Cornelia Street, The Archer, Lover, Daylight. and of course Cruel Summer.

Faith Saenz

Okay so my theory is that she doesn't have any Lover vault tracks. I think it was the first time she was allowed to make whatever album she wanted. Like I firmly believe that Message in a Bottle wasn't on the OG Red not because she didn't think it fit, but because Scott was still so afraid of her "alienating her country fans" (so annoying that he never believed in her even though she was constantly proving herself) but with Lover I think there were so many tracks on it because she wanted to get everything in and really make it her creation. Idk just my thoughts lol. Also she said during the 1989 Grammy producer interview thing that she wrote three songs with Max Martin for Red two of which made it on the album and she said "and that's as much as I was allowed to work with Max on that album".

Jessica

Love this unedited chat vibe! I’m happy to be here and so glad I subscribed! I always loved Taylor’s songs but was not a real swiftie until I stumbled upon your folklore reaction video and now almost a year later here I am and I own folklore merch and have Red TV on repeat and can’t wait for more videos on this app!

David

I love this video! 😊 I've seen other creators on Patreon share exclusive content through links to privated YouTube videos. For me personally that would be much easier to use since I already have the YT app on my phone. Anyway, thanks for sharing this superior content! 💜

David

And I love the sunglasses vibes you've got going on! 😎

Niali Oliver

omg stop when bonny and I have the same top three... I'm so unwell at that. help hahahahhaha

Cecilia Sparke

I'm wondering too if she'll cut her hair for 1989!!

Lea

1000% agree with you on the 1989 album cover. I am PRAYING that this one was just for the single because otherwise I don’t think I could ever fully forgive her

Sarah Sandell

Really love this concept that you just decided to film this chat out of nowhere!! Your thoughts and analysis is always so interesting to listen to🥰

Jenna-Alyssa

yes yes I completely count folkore and evermore together

Lucy D

No I totally get what you’re saying about Lover and onwards, being a safe space!!!! Like I can enjoy listening to every little breath, note change, draw on words, without the worry that I could be completely different in 3 months time😂😂

Park Aishah

Pleaseee chat moreee... Btw, does it supposed to open in Vimeo app? Coz when I clicked, it opened on Vimeo app.

chatsandreacts

Hey David!!! We will be sharing early access to our YouTube videos via YouTube link on Patreon but we are thinking exclusive content will be via Vimeo as the two platforms should work together so that Vimeo can be played entirely through Patreon (rather than an external link)… we are still figuring it out so hopefully it won’t be a pain in the future if we get the embedding right 😅

chatsandreacts

I think you could be right!!! And obviously at the time Lover was promoted as having more songs than ever. In saying that, she is a songwriting machine which makes me think that there is always songs from around each era floating around that can’t make the cut. Like can you imagine how many random songs she’s written that we don’t know about 😭😭😭

chatsandreacts

We get like this too, leave an album alone for a couple of weeks and then you get to listen to it again like it’s the first time you’re hearing it and you’re just like omg HOW are these songs so incredible 🤣 there is not a limit to how many times I can hear the same song and still be blown away like I’ve never heard it before

David

Cool, I didn't know that was a thing! Looking forward to it! 👍

Míša Janková

I love this so much! Thank you for sharing <3 I'm also trying to let go of the original songs but I'm not doing such a great job tho. I see the re-recorded tracks as two different tracks and sometimes I just need the original one. And I'm really worried about Speak Now and debut because those will probably sound SO different and are one of my favourite albums.

Míša Janková

I remember I didn't like folklore at all and I saw their evermore reaction actually that got me more excited about evermore and then watched their folklore reaction and break down and I love them both now. (I mean foklore is low, maybe last, on my TS album ranking but I love the album now)

Míša Janková

It's funny because I'm probably the only one who has evermore on top of the ranking and folklore on the bottom xD like it has similar sound but I feel so differently listening to them.

Míša Janková

I actually love the photo. But I also understand if you have in mind the original album cover how dissapointing it would be. But I didn't think for a second that that was an album cover tho so I think you all won't have to unstan her for an hour xD

Míša Janková

PS: you now have 1989 dollars per month :D <3

Camila Casal

What do you guys think about this Karma theory?

Whitney

Love this casual unedited chat - thank you besties!

Marissa

Love this unstructured and casual chat!

Monica McCall

Listening to SPEAK NOW on repeeeeeat

taylor

i love this casual chat!!! nobody come for me but i’m also scared for new album covers. i’m not the biggest fan of the fearless tv cover but red tv is iconic

Amanda Mittelman

ok, TS10 is going to be inconceivably incredible, but I feel like we also need to starting preparing NOW for the other-worldly-illegally-superior-masterpiece that will be TS13...

Korinna Garcia

Question, where are we listening to non Taylor version albums because I don’t want to give 🛴 money so I haven’t been listening to them 😭

Tara Bartley

Omg I LOVE this type of content! Yes please all of the behind the scenes conversations it makes me Feel like we are in on your friendship haha! I’ve actually been having a real moment with lover and 1989 recently and those two actually aren’t as high on my list but everything she does is just perfection and it’s like I forget that sometimes listening to my personal favorites? Like my holy trinity is Speak Now, Folklore, Reputation, I just simply cannot even begin to process those masterpieces absolute no skip iconic albums but like literally almost every SINGLE song on 1989 was a single? How are blank spaces, style, out of the woods, bad blood, wildest dreams, and New Romantics all on the same album? And then every other song was just as good? And then I haven’t listened to lover in a while and I feel like i forgot how good it was too like how does everything she makes just be perfection? But I am DYING for Speak Now TV with her grown up vocals I think a lot of people are going to like that album much more when TV comes out and we will get vault tracks??? I’m going to die. And I cannot even FATHOM what reputation TV will sound like??? Like with fearless and red the production was kicked up a notch and the mixes were clearer but they were also much older and the production and sound engineering has come so far I feel like what would they even change? Will she just re record it exactly as is because it’s already perfect? And the fact that there are songs on reputation we haven’t heard is TOO MUCH to think about but WOW I really hope there’s a Scott and/or Scooter diss track because that would’ve been the era to do it and she would’ve known at that point that she was leaving and Scott wasn’t giving her her albums - I could talk about this all day haha

Courtney D

I've always been fascinated with the period of time between 1989 and Reputation. How many songs were written and never saw the light of day? We know from the pandemic, and Folklore/Evermore (not to mention her previous output!), that she seems to always be writing. The media scrutiny was so intense at that time, and then the hitting bottom and recovering that ended up producing Reputation, something must have come before that! Did she write about all she was going through, and then start to feel that it was just too much to add any more fuel to the fire, with all the scrutiny she was under? I would love to know more about where her head was at with the end of the Calvin relationship, and whatever happened with Tom. It really feels like we do not have the whole story there (though Getaway Car is an absolute favorite!). On that line of thinking, I wonder if she would ever consider writing a book to really give her side of things (more the business half perhaps)...otherwise, so fun to get a chance to support such great content from you both!!!

Alice

Even though you guys didn’t do a reaction for Wildest Dreams TV, it would still be lovely to see a quick chat about it. You guys always bring new perspectives to Taylor’s music and also I just love to hear you guys talk 😆💕

Vanessa Lesser

I think if we ever get evermore lpss then that will seal it for me on the two sister albums being one. Love this chat and you guys!! Xx

Jennifer Raymus

Same about 1989!! Wildest Dreams IS different and it shouldn’t be. It should feel like 80’s/90’s recordings just like they made the 1989 World Tour effects. You guys need to react to THAT, btw!! After 1989TV though so we can be fully detached. I might not make it through 1989 and Rep 😩
