Guys listen I’m clowning but: Folklore and evermore were both surprise drops that said in the announcements that they would be out at midnight Now we have an album coming out called midnights She couldn’t do a surprise drop or a “not a lot going on at the moment “ again bc we would know what that meant But we have no other information, track listings, sound, or any inclination we will hear it before the midnights release For folklore Jack Antonoff tweeted “august forever” For evermore he tweeted “gold rush forever” And then today he tweets “midnights forever” ??????? I’m fully back in my clown makeup about this being the woodvale trilogy guys lol — in her interview (I think it was with Apple) when they asked about the trilogy theory, she never denied it, she just said “I’m so tired” What if???? This is awesome, guys! Let me just say it had to have been ready since April (or so) because vinyl pressings take a long time. Supply chain issues and shortages have caused serious delays. Taylor Swift might be able to get priority, but even so they would have to have a lot of lead time.
