Hello my loves~ I hope you enjoy this podcast! I'm sorry if the tone is a bit weird and I apologize in advance for all the yawning. I forgot that panic attacks really take the wind outta your sails! I'm realizing that I'm at a bit of a critical point in my career that lines up with critical stuff in my personal growth and trying to navigate that and figure how to move forward during this pandemic is weird and scary. But! We gotta keep marchin' onward. All we can ever do is our best 🎉 I love you so much, and I hope you're alright 💕

That sounds super overwhelming chey! 💖I hope you take some time for yourself tonight to do something that will relieve that pressure. You had uploaded this right as I was getting off of my therapy session and we were talking about how stress can make me not check in with myself and dismiss important things--like emotions and eating. BUT you're right, we do the best we can, and it's weird and scary to work through these times, but we are gaining tools every day and learning more and more about ourselves. Love you Cheyenne! 🌸

I think it’s funny that you thank people for sticking around to listen to you talk. I understand why you do it—because you see a lack of value in what you have to say and, I imagine, because you hold yourself to some unattainable higher standard of “content creation” that others don’t hold you to. I can’t speak for everyone, but I know that I tune in because I feel a great relatability to you. Your spirit is homey and inviting and it’s comforting to just hear you talk about real life like health insurance and therapy and taking meds because it makes me feel less alone in those common struggles. I also like being able to support you in a small way as you find yourself and your purposes great and small in life and it isn’t because I get an incredible content kick back... it’s because you are simply someone worth supporting for exactly who you are. idk just some thoughts for the night.
