Yes!!! Was in a rut and looking for something to watch while I deep clean (or attempt to..😅) and just got the notification! Perfect timing. ✨🌈🌷

Also feel this vlog so much. I deal with severe ADHD. I also was diagnosed with bi-polar last month and having to navigate that. Not many people know that because I understand that feeling of "embarrassment". ✨

Luna Robinson

chey, the sailing the boat theory, does make sense (0: love you oxox

Cass

I can SO relate to the ADHD segment. Was diagnosed three years ago at 23 and it was the BEST thing for me because I was finally able to really “understand” myself and how I ticked, and finally begin to grow as a person. 🥰

Natalie Vuong

aaaa chey, I've been BOGGED down with work and general pandemic fatigue. You posted this at such a great moment as I'm coming out of this super hard stretch, cant wait to watch this and just find complete solace again 😊 hope you beans are doing well!

So happy that you've found the missing piece, and that hopefully having an ADHD diagnosis will only make things easier going forward <3 Also, VERY excited by the prospect of more diary-style chey vlogs, they have always been my favourite!

i recently found out i have adhd, too, and i'm also on wellbutrin, mainly for anxiety and depression but it's helping there as well. thank you for sharing!!!

i love you chey

sarah

thank you for sharing even though it felt embarrassing for you in the moment. i can so relate to that feeling of finding the missing piece -- for me it was a couple years ago with adhd and right now with autism. it's pretty life changing to be able to finally navigate life in a way that works with your brain! in my experience there are a lot of big emotions that come along with it but one of them is definitely relief! i hope that you will find that you're able to settle into a way of living that just feels... easier. ❤ sending all the love and looking forward to hearing more from you, whenever and however that is.
