Thank you for sharing your journey to being diagnosed with ADHD. Also don't want to self diagnose but didn't realize some of my habits/behaviours fall with in the symptoms.

The way you talk about your mental health and journey makes a non-tangible concept understandable. Your metaphors are poetic and communicative. Thanks so much for sharing your journey, you gave me the courage to seek out therapy for the first time last month and it's amazing how helpful it has been. Thanks for being you and having this cozy corner of the internet 💜

Time to go through those boxes, what if someone sent you something perishable. Lol. I would be so curious of what’s in them. Lots of surprises Im sure. Love you lots young one ❣️Mom

If it was't for you and tikok being very very specific with my FYP page, I wouldn't have been diagnosed with ADHD and finally, like you, I get ittttt. Thank you for always being honest and frank with metal health discussions, and putting it in a way that maybe those who do not suffer with them can understand.

haven’t gotten the chance to listen to this yet but I am also in the process of getting an ADHD diagnosis! hope your treatment is going well! 💛
