Hellooooo here is the audio version for the first June podcasts! I talk about my recent streaming woes and also get a tiny bit down talking about Bo's new special cause it's...hard not to be a bit of a bummer when talking about it but it's SO GOOD and i've been thinking about it nonstop so I had to talk about it lol

Love you!!! hope ur alright x

My boyfriend and I have NOT been able to stop talking about INSIDE. I liked him when I was younger (looking back his older specials were DEF more crass and cringey) but god this one was so real. Everything about it was incredible even if it was a bummer so I totally feel you there lol

(Also worth noting: my BF did not like Bo before this special and now he cannot stop talking about him)

Fun fact! The vast majority of adult women with a late diagnosis of ADD, receive a diagnosis of anxiety &/or depression before ever getting diagnosed with ADD! You are not alone!

Also, as someone with ADD & a B12 deficiency, don't beat yourself up about being so tired! You have to do so much more work with ADD to get through a day, plus B12 effects focus, memory, and energy...feeling tired is perfectly expected.

This is really helpful information! I've personally noticed that vitamin D (I take liquid drops in my morning water) also plays a massive role in my mood and also food cravings? But I don't know if it's my ADHD, my other neurodiversity, or just me lol
