also, in terms of getting out of your apartment, if you have a park near you, you can just spend a bit of time there! or just simply going to a cafe and working there for a bit.

Meltdowns/burnouts are so hard 🧡 I made the mistake of deleting all my vlog videos I’d uploaded one year because of a months long AuDHD meltdown I had while in an abusive relationship - was a big mistake in hindsight 😬😅 thankfully I’d saved backups but was def an indicator of how bad my mental health had become (loss of faith in myself etc) because of the abusive relationship. I’m so glad to hear you getting excited about life again - so proud of you! P.s. happy birthday and happy pride!! 🥳
