A bit more complicated than I expected (Patreon)

You might be wondering why the bonus scene isn't finished yet. I thought I would have finished it by Wednesday at the latest, but that was a big miscalculation.

While the images and the editing of these were already completed on Monday (on Tuesday I gave Hiba's dialog images an update), the implementation of the scene presented me with an unexpected challenge. The reason for this is how the individual images are displayed in this scene. We're of course talking about the scene in the title image where you are currently able to spend time with Raaisha while Ayita and Tia are dancing.The change is now that you can spend time with Hiba or Ayita instead of Raaisha while of course everything else continues to run around it. However, the way the scene and the display of the images was set up, switching to other partners than Raaisha wasn't intended. Unlike the scene at the mercenary camp (which I made after this one), I placed many images on the same trigger, which made it impossible to make changes at individual points. Everything was fine while the only interaction was with Raaisha, but changing that to anyone else wasn't possible. This meant that I had to rebuild the entire scene and also move the animations to separate triggers. So a lot of variable juggeling which made this a lot more tricky than any other scene I've made so far. The way I'm setting it up now it will however be possible to further expand it in the future so that for example Nyra can also get some action or the other women can have other interactions with each other.I hope that I will be able to finish this today, but as time has already progressed further than I would like, I have decided to write this report now. I would have preferred to inform you today about my progress with the maps I want to make for Penny, but this scene shows once again that the time required for programming is difficult to estimate. If necessary, I'll continue working on it tomorrow, as I finally want to start with Penny next week and don't want to carry the work on this scene over to it.So that's all for now, I'm back to working and wish you all a nice weekend!
