You mean SSAO, because if you set Ambient Occlusion on Ultra you will have too dark corners in models in game, the most visible is in grass and not looks it natural

as I replied on YT you have to put this .scs file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod and in game add this mod to Active MODs

Because I have 4K resolution and RTX 4070Ti 4K with 400% is not enough

Higher scaling is better so you have choose yourself game quality/performance ratio
