Kobolds "Extra!" (Patreon)

These group gifs of kobold transformation are ordered by decreasingly "wholesome" content, with some very 'adult' ones in the attached zips.

(all the pixelated characters depicted are over 18)

For those that weren't aware, I assisted with art assets on a jam project for the TF Game Jam '25: Scaled Down.

Working alongside with Kainik was a delight. They did a majority of the work on the project, including the original "male" asset that walks around, breaks your house, and exists solely to become your kobold minion. I only made the tile assets for the upgrades, the house teardown, and animated the transformation.

I also made posts about that here too (last year):

All of that filler just to say that I've been tinkering with the transformation since then, on-and-off, and am happy to share these now, including a woman variant, just before the start of the new TF Game Jam upcoming.

I have shared most of these with Kainik, and they liked them too. :3

I intend to share the SFW grid publicly (and probably the full 3x3 grid one), buuuut I'm a bit of a deviant too 😈 , so enjoy those less-than-wholesome additions in the attachments.

The attachment also includes the original resolution (32x32) alternates and slightly enlarged versions (128x128) provided using ezgif.

Enjoy!
