Reminds me of Mount and Blade. From what little I’ve looked into castles and fortifications, nothing looks egregiously wrong. What I’m assuming is the central keep looks somewhat too squared, but depending on the period and the lord of the land, there’s generally no one way to structure it. The placement of the castle atop a hill is pretty accurate though since most early and later improved constructions were hill forts. I’m nothing more than an amateur enthusiast when it comes to forts, though, so take that with a grain of salt
