I Need Your Patience! (Patreon)

Content

Hey monkeys, I had to temporarily disable the link to the Secret Patreon Content playlist. I’ve been made aware that people have been taking advantage of my generosity and have kept access to the playlist, even after leaving Patreon, continuing to get extended and early audios without contributing to our community.

So, I’ve got to remedy how I make these audios available. They will be accessible again in a day or two, I just need your patience. Thanks! -B

Thank you for letting us know and take your time to make sure the issue is completely fixed but try not to stress out too much Ben

Are you looking for a place to keep them all together? Because otherwise couldn't you just upload the audio files/videos to patreon and restrict access to certain tiers? What I just started doing is making a master post with links to the patreon posts that contained the specific audios and then pinned that post so it's the first thing patrons see. I'm sure these are probably things you've thought of but just in case... Sorry that this happened though and don't worry about us we'll be patient while you figure it out! 💖

I was wondering why I was having trouble accessing it today! Thank you so much for the heads up and I think we all understand. ❤

Maybe a Dropbox with a password that changes monthly?

Anonymous

No problem, Ben! I agree with maybe just uploading them to Patreon?

No worries, Ben! I’m sorry that happened, but take your time to get it sorted.

I was wondering why they were down today:( I’m sorry to hear people were taking advantage. :( )

It was a guess, I know that Dropbox has the ability to have passwords on folders, I don't know what the process would be for changing it. I worked for a theater company that had password locked folders, though, so I'm pretty sure its possible. It's at least worth looking into.. I think talking to Cardlin is a good idea too, I know he has a Google drive that he posts monthly. I'm sorry people are taking advantage of your system.

I think you should just make it playable here on patreon and have a downloadable link. That's what all the others do(also I'm sorry I was one of those people for a bit)

Secrets

Upload them in google drive in a folder that allows access to view the audios. When the next month comes around, copy those audios and move them to a new folder which would change the invite link so they have to have a patreon sub to get the link when you post it for us to click it. Someone could still share the link but I dont think that will happen too often. If you use this idea, I hope I get a hug and a headpat. (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧

Cardlin does that and works good. You Can also listen to it problemfree. I kind of not af fan, of the youtube’ish videos inhere where you cant do other stuff on the phone at the same time, without stoppping the video

This sucks man. I’m really sorry that happened to you. It’s been mentioned but Cardlin has been using google drive for unreleased content and it seems to have been working great! Shadowy Whispers has his unreleased content listen in google docs with title and link and all that. I hope you get it sorted quick and no one ever takes adventage of you like that again. 🤞🏻

Yeah, it pisses me off. Everyone wants something for nothing, and they’re willing to take from someone like me who works their ass off trying to make a living.

Yeah I’m gonna have to do something like that. And I forgive you! Just remember, ASMR creators aren’t rich, we work really really hard to make these audios, and its a LOT of extra work to make the extended versions on top of the regular content. It’s not right to take and steal, and I’m glad you’ve realized that and have rejoined the Patreon community. ❤️
