Hey tribe, health update. The rest is doing me WONDERS! I can’t tell you how amazing I feel compared to just a month ago, as far as my stress level, energy level, and mental health. I don’t think I realised how run down I was... :/

I sat down just now for the first time in weeks to record, and my voice was smooth as butter. I only worked an hour, I didn’t wanna overdo it, but it was a really good recording experience which I haven’t had in a long while. Thank you ALL for encouraging me to take this time to rest, heal, and restore. I’m definitely seeing huge benefits from it.
