I can relate to this one because I deal with chronic pain because of my cerebral palsy. There isn't a day that goes by where something in my body doesn't hurt.

I can never thank you enough for this one and the other chronic pain one you made 3 years ago. I'm currently waiting on news on if I'll need spinal surgery to improve pain levels, and possibly mobility. I can't remember what's in like to not be in pain, and there's days even hugs hurts, the slightest touch. I've Learnt to hide most of it and cry alone because it scares people seeing that level of pain, that goes even more now I have a child. I can't let him see the pain I'm in when he's hugging me, I'm never putting that on him. This left me struggling to connect and shutting down, until I found art and mediation. Audios like this though others a true form of comfort, it's one of the only ways I can feel a hug without pain (got to love how are senses can feel it) Whoever allowed you to share this, just thankyou, thankyou thankyou. As for you Ben I know you understand chronic pain due to suffering it, it's no one persons job male or female to fix it. Have you heard of spoonies, if not look up spoon theory, I'm spending you one of my spoons for this mate. Xx

This came about as I finally was forced by my roommate to not use my heating pad while sitting up. (Not malicious, my back was getting messy). I've been crying doing my "vertical time" because of the pain. Im sitting eating my first meal in days because I feel like it won't come back up (despite being pressured into eating two ham sandwiches at the company Christmas party on sunday). It's awful but hearing your comforting voice makes me decide I need to sit up for a half hour more. So thank you, Ben.

This was what I needed when I didn’t know I needed it. People who do suffer with chronic pain conditions are often overwhelmed and overlooked by medical professionals and have to have immense strength just to fight for ourselves to get the care we need. I have 5 myself, all stemming from one main issue and I try my best to make sure that my little girl doesn’t see as best I can. Thank you Ben for providing the affirmations that we don’t always hear when we need it the most ❤️

I haven’t even listened to yet and just by the title it’s already comforting! Thx Ben Happy Solstice!

Another wonderful, comforting audio to add to my playlist for when my own chronic pain flares up. Thank you, Ben 💜🙂

I know it’s not chronic pain related but it’s what I needed. I have had the worst menstrual cramps for a few days now and this has helped me feel much better!
