I was checking messages and I noticed that one of my commission tier Patrons hasnt responded in like 2 months. I hope they are ok I also feel bad to keep getting their money with out them getting a picture. Another Patron also hasn't responded in like a month.

I was just wondering if I should remove them from the teirs so they stop getting charged and also how long is a good time to wait before removing someone?

i'd say that if they haven't replied for 2 months you can try messeging them to see if they are actually there if they don't reply when the 3rd month have come then it is fair to take them off the teir since by then even if they are having a rough time they should've replied by then

I dunno. But I hope they respond soon, because I, like many others, are chomping at the bit to get into that commission tier.

I'd say give it three or five months before you remove them, and only do it if they don't respond within that timeframe.

I say that warrants at least a warning. if they dont replay next request time or to that warning, remove them

I would message them, and give them a week grace period after this announcement. If they want to just give you funds without a reward; they could make a custom pledge. But, never asking for anything just locks up the tier so no one else can join :c
